Guitars and other stringed instruments: All stringed instruments are sold as "new" or "pre-owned? if specified" and "not" returnable. We do not offer a return option on purchased instruments. Individual manufacturers warranties apply for defective instruments under the manufacturers conditions and specifications. Special or Custom Orders: A return shipping and or restocking fee will apply to any "special ordered" "guitars" or other merchandise that is returned but not defective within 7 days of a sale. Repairs: All Seven C Music repairs have a LIMITED warranty of a maximum of 60 days.
